Diagnosed NVIDIA A100 GPU hardware failures crashing ML workloads for Apple and Snap, and partnered with the GPU Engineering team on automated pre-flight health checks and a production playbook detecting XID errors across GKE clusters.

Resolved a P1 outage for Albertsons involving dropped calls from GKE, then converted the incident into a more stable architecture through best practices and custom code recommendations.
